Shipping & Payment Method

At the moment, we only accept
VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express Credit/Debit cards.

Standard orders received by midnight, Eastern Standard Time, will be shipped the following business day. Standard orders received Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order for apparel, merch, and glass items.

 

Our free coffee return or exchange policy is only 10 days after receiving your order.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

  • All coffee bags must remain sealed in their original packing.
